I wasn’t expecting to post on this blog ever again, but… something special happened today.

With personal projects such as this (and Brainscraps, and so many others over the years), I’ve grown used to getting little, if any, feedback or attention, aside from randos wanting me to do paid advertorial posts, or some other such nonsense.

P.S. Triple panel: Triple in despair

Checking my email this morning, I saw one from a “Marc Cellucci” and was fully prepared for another pitch for a paid blog post, but his actual email had me like:

P.S. Triple panel: Triple is shook!

Here it is:

Hi!

I’m Marc from Mission One, and I just wanted to drop you a line to thank you for archiving the P.S. Triple series! I just stumbled upon the P.S. Triple Classic website you have, and it was a great trip down memory lane, and I enjoyed your comments on each strip as well (except the ones calling out my mistakes, heh).

In fact, it inspired me to write an article about the making of P.S. Triple on my own site. Please check it out if you get a chance:

Anyway, another round of thanks for the great site!

Marc

P.S. Triple panel: Triple is BALLIN'

So yeah, Marc was the localizer on this little webcomic that’s near and dear to me! In his post, he goes into how the English-language version of P.S. Three-san came about, his inspirations for the P.S. Triple title and other aspects of the localization, and other observations (the one about Co-A made me smile). At the end, he gives a shout-out to the silly little fansite you’re reading right now.

P.S. Triple panel: Triple is thankful (and so am I)

After reading that post, I rushed over here to check that it was in good working order. Brainscraps had some issues with images that wouldn’t display that required drastic measures, but since this site is a little behind on WordPress updates, it turns out that this wasn’t a problem. However, the typefaces looked a little… off.

P.S. Triple panel: Triple is worried

Thankfully, this turned out to be a Firefox-specific issue, so all is well.

At any rate, if you’re new here, enjoy, and if you aren’t, enjoy, and thank you so much to Marc for his email, which made my week.

Now, I’m off to have an early lunch.

P.S. Triple panel: Saygah is EATING, and eating is GOOD!!
