Whee!’s agency is based in western Japan, and while they’ve had their ups and downs, they’ve released a lot of top idols as well.
However, nobody knows what Virtual B is up to these days… Probably making someone’s eyes hurt somewhere.

Whee’s agency is headquartered in Kyoto, to be exact, and have been around for over a hundred years, long before the concept of pop idols even existed. You can see their building from the bullet train, if you’re passing through that area and look carefully.
